I’ve used this site for the past 3 years simply because it is the most personal site I’ve ever seen. If you have a problem or request, the operator of the company/website is real and very personal..not automated at all.The best customer service that will bend backwards to fulfill your requests and the reply time is fast. Our letters have arrived on time every year, they are reasonably priced, and each letter is typed up by hand. They will usually add any details you want to add to your letters.Very nice people to deal with and the communication is great.

This site is absolutely impossible to use… and the products are less than satisfactory. Do not use this service unless you are desperate and enjoy wasting money.
